SLV Halle GmbH hosting the international sector of beam technology

The Schweißtechnische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt (SLV) Halle GmbH 2010 celebrates its 80th anniversary in the year 2010. As one of the institutes of the German Institute of Welding and Allied Processes (DVS) e. V. the SLV Halle as one of the most important contact partner for the trade and industry has been able to establish on all fields of welding and thermal cutting.

No doubt - the successful highlight of the anniversary was the international conference on beam technology "STRAHLTECHNIK 2010“, held in Halle/Saale from 14 to 15 April 2010. It has already been the eighth time that users of laser and electron beams came to Halle.

The beam technology conference conducted at the SLV Halle since 1996 has meanwhile established as an international forum of new developments on the field of the laser and electron beam technology.
